EA and DICE continue to try and sort out the endless amount of Battlefield 4 server issues by starting with a new PlayStation 4 update.
A new Battlefield 4 update rolls out today for the PlayStation 4 to address the numerous crashes and instability reported from multiplayer sessions.
The patch notes read as follows:
- Fixed common crashes that could occur when changing weapons or maps
- Reduced the probability of a corrupted save file in the single player campaign
- Fixed a crash occurring when resuming the single player campaign
- Fixed a bug where accessing PlayStation Plus subscription resulted in a connection error
- Improved performance when shooting at destroyed Levolution objects
Players on other platforms report similar crashes in multiplayer matches. DICE released an early patch to fix common server issues, but problems still persist.
Battlefield 4 is available on the Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PC.
