Stoic Studio, the makers of the Kickstarter-funded role-playing game The Banner Saga, have released a new trailer of their forthcoming game.
The trailer serves as a tutorial, which shows how travel works and how it impacts your play experience. It goes over the importance of Morale, Supplies, and Population, and how each of these resources can be used or spent to impact your travels.
It also touches on how to best use “Camp”, which is where a player can rest their caravan, organize their party and where a lot of decision making with regards to upgrading characters is made.
The Banner Saga is currently in development and has a confirmed release date of January 14, 2014 for PC and Mac.
