Developer Infinity Ward has announced that a double XP weekend will take place this weekend for their multiplayer title, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.
Just in time for Thanksgiving weekend, a Double XP weekend in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare will commence starting today November 27 and will end on December 2. This event will prepare and hold over players before they are able to get their hands on all the new content featured in season one, which will be going live the next day, December 3.
Season 1 is almost upon us, and to celebrate the biggest content drop in Call of Duty history, Infinity Ward is turning on Double XP from now until December 2, so you can focus on completing the Officer Progression you’re already undertaking.
