It was unspecified if this meant first party or third party video games. It is is highly likely that it is a mix of both, but hopefully we'll hear more about PS4 exclusives.
Sony revealed in the past that they are working on a number of first party titles that are both announced and unannounced. Some people are hoping that the company will be announcing new entries to popular PlayStation franchises like Uncharted. Others also hope for new IPs to take center stage.
Quantic Dream, a developer known to work with PlayStation exclusively, registered the domain "singularityps4.com" earlier this year. It is strongly suggested that this is their next title since their past domains for games like Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls were formatted the same way.
