According to PlayStation's official blog, Need for Speed: Rivals will be released on November 15th alongside the PlayStation 4's release in North America.
It was previously slated for a November 22nd release when the Xbox One, the final next-generation console, comes out. It's worth noting that this isn't a free title for PlayStation Plus members, but gamers can purchase the game when they get their PS4.

Need for Speed: Rivals will be released on Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 on November 19th. While the Xbox One version will be available on November 22nd, a few days after the PS4 release.
