Xbox One launch title Ryse: Son of Rome has a new trailer, 'Fight for Rome'. The games casts players as leigonnaire Marius Titus and sees him travel to the furthest concerns of the Empire.
In a story "driven by betrayel, revenge and war" Marius enters what may be a temple and is asked:
"What's your name, soldier?"
"Marius but my name is of no import. My story, however, is," he replies. In the trailer we see a murdered family and a number of battles with collapsing monuments and barbarian warlords for Marius to contend with.
Despite the focus on combat Crytek intend to tell an emotional story with the game and you check out the character bios and some screes here.
Ryse: Son of Rome was originally intended as a Kinect title for Xbox 360 then titled Codename Kingdoms however, the Xbox One game will be playable with a controller come November 22nd.
