Call of Duty: Ghosts Runs Natively at 1080p on PlayStation 4

Just as Call of Duty: Ghosts is set to run at 1080p on the Xbox One, so too will it run at that resolution on the PlayStation 4.

This little detail was confirmed by Adam Boyes, VP of Publisher and Developer Relations at Sony, who says that the game will run "native 1080p on the PS4" at the Brazil Game Show (via PlayStation Lifestyle), effectively confirming that the game will not simply be an upscaled 720p.

The company has gone on record to state that they require all of the games on the PlayStation 4 to run natively at 1080p, but there have been rumors this past week that the game was upscaled on the Xbox One. Rest assured, this isn't the case with the PlayStation 4.

All that remains in question is whether the same can be said about the Xbox One.
