Yesterday, we reported that the PlayStation 4 can support up to 8 people in a party chat. Microsoft told Game Informer today that the Xbox One will support eight users in a party chat.
“At launch, up to eight people will be able to join a Party Chat at a time on Xbox One," a Microsoft representative told Game Informer. It was also noted in the article that the company was not ruling out the possibility of adding more players to the party chat.
The PlayStation 4 will be released in North America on November 15th, while the Xbox One will be released in 13 territories on November 22nd.
