Random notes:
Wild Hydreigon appear at victory road, swooping down from the sky.
Kakuna and Metapod are exclusive, but only in the sense that they appear in the wild exclusive to each game. Caterpie and Weedle are in both games and readily available to evolve.
Rotom is in the Lost Hotel. One player says its in the first green trash can, while another claims its in a room far out back. If you are going to the end, you will need Rock Smash to get there.
Gravelers are readily available in Victory Road and Terminus Cave.
Zoroark is in Pokemon Village. A player found him jumping out of a garbage can and caught him on the other side of the river.
The Fossil Pokemon, Amaura and Tyrunt, can be revived when you find their respective fossils, the Sail Fossil and Jaw Fossil. You can find them by using Rock Smash in the cave, although this seems to be a game of chance.
