An online retailer listing suggests that Luigi's ghost busting 3DS release will bring the Luigi's Mansion franchise back to consoles with a Wii U re-release.
NeoGAF users found a Newegg.com listing for Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon for the Nintendo Wii U. Luigi's trips to various haunted mansions already released on the 3DS earlier this year.
Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon releasing on both Nintendo platforms will not mark the comapany's first attempt at a multi-hardware release as both Nintendo's Super Smash Bros. and Capcom's Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate released on the Wii U and 3DS.
Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon also includes a multiplayer component, which may allow for cross platform play if the Wii U version actually releases.
