TiMi Studio Group Is Working On An Unannounced Pokemon Video Game

The Pokemon Company has several video game projects out there. Not only do you have the mainline RPG titles being developed by Game Freak but you have mobile smartphone titles like Pokemon Go. There’s no shortage of video games for fans of the franchise and another one is being developed behind the scenes. We’re not sure just yet on what this game will be about, but so far we know that TiMi Studio Group is responsible for a new upcoming Pokemon smartphone title.

If you’re not familiar with TiMi Studio Group, this is a studio that has worked on Arena of Valor and will be putting out Call of Duty Mobile. Most are expecting this upcoming Pokemon game which was shared through Twitter, to be a free-to-play title, but the actual details are not fully known at the moment. Likewise, we’re uncertain as to if this game will remain a smartphone only video game or if it will eventually hit the Nintendo Switch platform.

Another aspect of this game is just what else The Pokemon Company is looking to cover at the moment for the smartphone platform. Fans have gone online to offer their thoughts and gimmicks to what hasn’t been released yet such as a Pokemon chess game to even a battle arena title. For now, it’s simply a waiting game to see if we get any more details on the game before the end of this year. For gamers wanting the next Pokemon video game release, you’ll want to look at Pokemon Sword & Shield releases which are set to launch on November 15, 2019, exclusively on the Nintendo Switch.
