Konami's soccer title, PES 2014, reportedly prevents players from playing online due to a required update.
In addition to a day one patch for PES 2014, Konami requires players to download a datapack. When downloaded, the datapack prevents players from installing it without any errors. Many users on the PES forums expressed a number of issues even when trying to download the datapack itself. Without the update, players cannot join certain multiplayer games.

Konami acknowledges the issue and continues to find a way for players to play online. With no official solution, the community found a workaround that requires downloading the patch to a USB through your PC, then installing the update to the console.
