If you’re reading this post, you likely just came from the Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z gameplay trailer we published earlier. Don’t be ashamed – we all have addictions. If yours happens to be fighting games based on some of the most popular anime ever released, then this week’s Tokyo Game Show might just be for you. Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3: Full Burst is the next Namco Bandai joint to get some new gameplay footage this week, thanks to Gamesradar. The above video shows an extended battle between new playable character Sage Kabuto and fan-favorite Sasuke.
Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3: Full Burst is a strange product. Instead of moving forward to make an all-new Ninja Storm game, Namco Bandai Games and CyberConnect2 have decided to pack the game, DLC, and new content into one, cheaper box. Included will be an additional chapter to the game (Sage Kabuto vs Itachi/Sasuke), Sage Kabuto as a new playable character, revamped cinematics to go along with the story content, 100 new missions, and 38 costumes that were originally DLC for Storm 3. The battle above showcases some of this fresh content all being blended into one battle.
If you already own Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3, this new fall release might not be for you. But anyone who missed out on the fighting title and still enjoys the occasional episode of Naruto should consider picking up this new, inexpensive method of punching Sasuke in the face over and over again.
