Call of Duty, Prototype and Other Activision Games Discounted on Steam

Call of Duty and other Activision franchises receive at 25% discount.

For rest of the weekend, Steam will discount the Activision catalog for 25% off.

While some of the sales may seem underwhelming at first glance, Daily Deals will help players grab some Activision games for even deeper discounts. Today's Daily Deal discounts Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 for 50% off, dropping the price to $19.99.

The weekend sale also triggered a free-to-play multiplayer weekend for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. Players can find the free download in their Steam Library.

Should you decide to buy Black Ops 2, the final DLC Pack – Apocalypse – finally released on the PS3 and PC after a month of exclusivity on the Xbox 360.

For some games other than Call of Duty, the Activision Steam sale also discounted Prototype, Deadpool, andSingularity.

The Activision Steam sale will end Sunday at 1pm PST or 4pm EST.
