Ubisoft has today announced Assassin's Creed Liberation HD for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 next year as well as Assassin's Creed Pirates for mobiles and tablets.
Liberation HD is a downloadable version of the previously Vita exclusive game which features the series' first female Assassin – Aveline. She'll also be making an appearance in the PlayStation exclusive levels for Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag.
In a press release Ubisoft described the game as: "Taking full advantage of its new hardware, Liberation HD introduces a complete graphical overhaul, re-mastered music and sound effects, a revamped gameplay experience, and new missions that dive deeper into Aveline’s story."
Meanwhile, Assassin’s Creed Pirates players will explore the Caribbean during the Golden Age of Piracy as Alonzo Batilla, a young captain. In the game you will:
"Manage your crew, upgrade your ship, recruit new crew members and engage in massive real-time naval battles to become the most feared pirate in the Caribbean. Along the way, players will cross paths with Assassins and Templars, as well as famous historical figures including Blackbeard, Bellamy, and Hornigold."
Trailers for both titles are below. The games were originally outed last week but official confirmation came this morning.
