Microsoft has been teasing E3 for some time now and it’s hard to believe that we’re already once again approaching the expo. However, this expo is definitely going to feel a bit different this time around as both Sony and EA have decided to not make an appearance so those are two press conferences that won’t happen if you’re a big fan of the industry and watch the event. Because of Microsoft’s big competitor not attending E3, the company has been boasting about a massive presence and a show that fans will certainly not want to miss out on. Of course, this allows the company the center stage with the ability to really deliver a great show full of announcements and information regarding what’s to come.
With that said, we still don’t exactly know what Microsoft has in store for us. There’s certainly hype being built up by the company and personalities that we’ve associated with Xbox but we’re getting close to the point where we can sit back and stream the event. At any rate, the latest news to come from Microsoft’s camp is that they have established their press conference date and time. Gamers can expect Microsoft to hold their annual press conference briefing on Sunday, June 9, at 4 PM ET.
This will be just before the official E3 event kicks off and we fully expect to hear about the next generation of Xbox consoles. That’s right we’re supposedly getting multiple versions which have become the norm this generation with the likes of the Xbox One and Xbox One X. We’re also expecting to hear about some fan-favorite franchises like Halo along with brand new IPs.
