BioWare has released new next-gen gameplay footage of Dragon Age: Inquisition showing a number of the game's environments and a battle against a dragon.
Over the weekend it emerged that Inquisition is the largest game BioWare has ever made but there will be no loading screens between areas.
Outfits will be fully customisable while Dragon Age: Origin's tactical camera mode will be making a return. In the trailer we see the Inquisiter walk through a Keep; these fortresses are doted throughout the gameworld and can be captured by the player for a variety of uses – military might, spy networks or commerce.
Locks will no longer need to be opened by a rogue or with a key – they can now be smashed open. You will also be able to play as a Qunari.
To make the wait for the game a little easier BioWare has announced Dragon Age: Keep; which enables players to select a broad range of choices from previous games and DLCs to create the perfect playthrough for their character.
Dragon Age: Inquisition will be released in Winter 2014 for PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. You can see the gameplay footage below.
