Jackfrags was able to get some Battlefield 4 multiplayer footage from Gamescom, where he got to try out a lot of things. Between hunting down bombs to taking out a helicopter, it is genuinely free publicity for all the things you can do and try out in the game.
The video starts with the helicopter coming in and swooping down to start out the scenario. Jakcfrags plays on the side of the Russians vs China. With an AK5C, a 12G SHORTY, and a good number of explosives, he sets to it.
Gameplay starts off with Jackfrags laying C4 mines on an ATV. As a soldier starts it up, the camera follows it for some distance. It comes back to Jackfrags when he finally decides to detonate.
What follows is a few tense minutes, as Jackfrags tracks down each bomb the enemy drops and preemptively destroys it. Among the things he gets to do is shoot down enemies a coastline away, swim towards another island, get killed by a soldier using his own knife (expertly disarmed from him), ride shotgun on a jeep Warthog style, and pick up a boat to get towards the target. The helicopter goes own at the very end, although it’s unclear if this is due to his team taking it down or a mistake from the other side. Throughout the game, Jackfrag also dropped health items for his mates to pick up.
As we covered in DICE’s own blog posts, at the end of the game Jackfrags’ Field Upgrades progress was reviewed , and new skills were rewarded.
