DayZ Standalone Will Be Playable at Gamescom

We haven't seen much of DayZ, much less its multiplayer mode, but its creator Dean Hall intends to show off the game at an upcoming event this week. The game, which has had its development remaining under relatively tight wraps, will be making its gameplay debut at Gamescom.

Hall announced that "unless something goes horribly wrong," the game will be playable at Gamescom with 14 machines hooked up for multiplayer.
