Microsoft has registered several domains surrounding the as-yet unannounced title Fable Legends; including FableLegends.net which was created in March and updated on August 16th, possibly suggesting a gamescom reveal.
The domains were spotted by Superannuation:

Lionhead's last game was Kinect title Fable: The Journey and the studio is currently readying Fable Anniversary, a remake of the original game, for release later this year.
Following the release of The Journey Microsoft laid off around 10 per cent of Lionhead's staff and announced new projects were underway. In May 2012 a LinkedIn profile suggested the studio was developing a Fable MMO for Xbox One.
Veteran MMO maker John Needham was appointed Lionhead's president in April this year.
Microsoft has said they will be revealling a "unique" Xbox One exclusive at gamescom this year and it might be Lionhead's title.
