Square Enix and developer Dontnod has announced the release date for Life is Strange S2 Episode 2 “Rules”. The highly anticipated second episode is now slated to release for PS4, Xbox One, and PC platforms on January 24.
In addition to the release date, a new live-action trailer for Life is Strange was also released. The live action trailer depicts one of the main story points in episode 1, so if you have yet to finish episode 1, I would perhaps say stay away for the trailer as of now.
However, if you have completed episode 1, make sure to check it out because it is nicely shot and Gonzalo Martin, the voice of Sean Diaz, stars in the trailer. Not much detail has been given for episode 2, but it seems that Sean and Daniel will run into Captain Spirit; the free episode Dontnod released earlier this year.

If you have yet to jump into Life is strange season 2 yet, this might be a good time to do so. Life is Strange 2 features a fully new cast, a brand new setting, and new gameplay mechanics that will help push the franchise even further.
