SNK Playmore Is Offering An Early Beta Test for King of Fighters XIII on PC

August 12, 2013 by Ian Miles Cheong

KOF XIII is coming to PC.

SNK Playmore is offering The King of Fighters XIII, its flagship 2D fighter, with "vastly improved netcode" on the PC, through Steam.

The many features exclusive to the console version of the game, such as the online modes that allow players to enjoy smooth online versus matches with rivals from around the world, and Tutorial Mode, as well as Story Mode, which features several episodes in Visual Novel format, have all been vastly improved for the PC release of the game.

In addition, the new version of the game comes with several DLC characters available from the start, including Iori with the Power of Flames, NESTS Style Kyo, and Mr. Karate, for a total of 36 characters on the roster.

Players interested in playing the game ahead of its release can partake in the closed beta test of the game by applying here.
