The long-awaited arrival of the YouTube app for the Nintendo Switch has come to an end as the service has finally made its way to the device.
The video-streaming service, YouTube is now available to download on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch users. This has been a long time waiting for fans, and today is finally the day. The first video streaming app to make its way to the Switch was Hulu, now YouTube is here, we must now wait for the final must-requested service — Netflix.
Rumors have been circulating for the last two weeks that the YouTube app was heading to the Switch, but with no hard details from Nintendo, many fans were left with waiting in the dust. However, the app has arrived and now you may watch YouTube on the device either in handheld or docked mode – even though most phones come installed with the streaming service, it is still cool to see the app on the Switch.
