Gand Theft Auto 5 will be releasing later this year on September 17. We've been anxiously awaiting any new information pertinent to the game, and while this might not come as your run-of-the-mill revelation, it's no less exciting.
A quick look at the Xbox LIVE store shows that a number of Grand Theft Auto 5 items have been made available for players' Avatars. While these don't shed any light on information relating to the game's story or characters, it does give customers an interesting, fun way to interact with the Grand Theft Auto 5 world before its release.
A number of the items available for purchase are comprised of outfits for your Avatar: Bugstar, FIB and Abseiling are the ones currently being sold. There is also a Parachute Prop available, which has been used in a number of different Grand Theft Auto 5 related images. Furthermore, you can simply buy a shirt that has the game's branding on it for 80 Microsoft Points, which will run you about $1.00.
We think that the most interesting item available to gamers at this point is Franklin's dog, Chop. Who wouldn't want an awesome Rottweiler in their Xbox LIVE Avatar?
