Marvel’s Spider-Man: The Heist Receives Three New Suits, New Story Missions, New Factions, and Much More

Ryan Smith Game Director at Insomniac Games took to the PlayStation Blog to update fans on Marvel’s Spider-Man first upcoming DLC, The Heist.

As promised, Smith started off by debuting three new suits! Fans of the Spider-Man comics will recognize, Spider-Man’s suit from Scarlet Spider II, and the Spider-UK suit from the Spider-Verse; however, Insomniac is big into bringing original suits to the game as well, so the third suit is by famed Marvel illustrator Gabriele Dell’Otto — formerly known for the Velocity suit — who created the new advanced suit.

In addition, Smith noted that the Heist will be one part of a three chapter interconnected story that starts off with a robbery at an art museum that entangles Spider-Man and MJ with an old flame from Peter Parker’s past, Felicia Hardy, aka Black Cat. The DLC will add new story missions, new trophies, three new suits, new crimes, new challenges, and so much more!

The Heist is set to release next week on October 23rd for $9.99 separately or $24.99 for the City That Never Sleeps bundle. Marvel’s Spider-Man is now available exclusively for the PS4. Will you be picking up the game’s first set of DLC? Let us know in the comments below!
