Rockstar Games has crafted up a number of incredible pieces of work. Their beloved long-running series Grand Theft Auto, the single IP release of Bully, and of course their old western series, Red Dead Redemption just to name a few. Red Dead Redemption has a massive following and gamers all over the world are undoubtedly waiting for new information to trickle down from Rockstar for their upcoming installment, Red Dead Redemption 2.
Within the upcoming game, players will progress through an adventure featuring an outlaw named Arthur Morgan and the Va der Linde gang. This appears to be a gritty western and if it’s similar to the original Red Dead Redemption along with Grand Theft Auto V then there is likely to be a few random encounter missions to take part in outside of the main campaign.
Recently a newly released trailer showcased even more gameplay footage. Players can witness a wide range of different activities that range from bank heists to train robberies that our main protagonist can find themselves dabbling in. Likewise, outside of gameplay, Rockstar Games also made note of the various choices and exploration that can be had, but again, this is the Wild West which may mean that hostile groups and predators may also be lurking in the open.
Currently, Red Dead Redemption II is set to release on October 26, 2018, for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms. Of course, we suspect the game to also release on the PC platform but like most of the Rockstar Games developed titles, it will likely be a few months to a year after its release on console.
