Undertale Finally Receives a Release Date for the Nintendo Switch; Coming Early Next Month

August 28, 2018 by Jordan Biazzo

That seems fair enough!

Undertale has finally received its release date for the Nintendo Switch; the highly anticipated title will land on the console September 18.

For those who never heard of Undertale or understood the hype around it, can check out the official description of the game via Steam down below:

Welcome to UNDERTALE. In this RPG, you control a human who falls underground into the world of monsters. Now you must find your way out… or stay trapped forever.

Even though this doesn’t give a lot of information about the game, it does manage to convey just a little bit of what the player will experience. The game has a unique sense of humor, smart puzzles, and the ability to not kill anyone in the game. It’s a pretty cool game from the surface, I, myself, will be experiencing it for the first time on the Switch come next month.

Just last week, Toby Fox – creator of the game- took to Twitter to announce the special collector edition, which will be exclusive to Fangamer. The collector edition will be priced at $69.99 for all consoles. Fangamer is also offering a standard physical version for $25. If you want to see the full list of what the collector edition includes check out the full post here!

Undertale is set to release for the Nintendo Switch on September 18. Are you excited for the title? Let us know in the comments below!
