One of the most anticipated video games to be released for the Nintendo Switch is the upcoming Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. The video game is slated to launch within the holiday season of this year and already we know that the roster of fighters for the game will be the biggest yet. However, that list of rosters will only be growing larger as Nintendo gears up for the video game’s release.
Since the video game’s announcement, we got word of a few new fighters being included in the mix. So far the new fighters include Inklings from Splatoon and Metroid’s Ridley. However, in the most recent Nintendo Direct it was unveiled that Castlevania’s Simon Belmont and Donkey Kong’s rival, King K. Rool is also entering the fight.
We even got a few new Echo Fighters that include Richter Belmont, Chrom and lastly, Dark Samus. As mentioned, this is going to be the largest roster ever for the Super Smash Bros. franchise thanks to Nintendo’s decision to include all of the previous Super Smash Bro. fighters.
Within the Nintendo Direct, which you can view up above, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate game director, Masahiro Sakurai, had revealed that even more fighters will be unveiled in the coming months. As a result, we’re curious as to who you would like to see included in the roster by leaving us a comment down below.
Currently, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate will be releasing exclusively for the Nintendo Switch on December 7, 2018 which very well could make a great bundle gift.
