You will still need to wait a while longer for a Final Fantasy 7 remake, so Square Enix wants you to enjoy these Final Fantasy 10 and 10-2 HD screenshots instead. The new screenshots show the much improved cityscapes and characters models of the PS2 original releases.
We saw a lot of games come out of E3 but very little for the PS Vita. Instead of Sony dedicating a large portion of their E3 press conference to showing Vita games, Sony focused heavily on the PlayStation 4, and rightly so.
The PS4 emerged from E3 with the most fan excitement without any significant mention of the Vita. You heard Jack Tretton mention games like Tearaway and Killzone: Mercenary, but no mention of price cuts that we all predicted.
If you plan to purchase a Vita for the Final Fantasy 10 and 10-2 HD remasters, Sony continues to create game and console bundles, with the latest bundle including Telltale's The Walking Dead Season 1 and the 400 Days additional episode.
With no official date yet announced, players can purchase Final Fantasy 10 and 10-2 HD sometime this year.
