EA Labels President Frank Gibeau has told an investor meeting that Sony are "having a great" E3, GamesBeat reports.
"Sony is having a great show. They have done a good job on services, price points," and consumer policies. "We like the reception to all of the news from console makers. Sony is striking the right balance. Microsoft is showing killer capabilities that we have known about for awhile. People have stopped talking about whether Generation 4 will be a growth driver."
While EA announced several Xbox exclusives at E3 the biggest, Respawn's Titanfall, is described by Gibeau as a "tactical exclusive", or as a limited endorsement of the Xbox One. Respawn has not ruled out the possibility that the game may come to PlayStation systems eventually.
Gibeau added that "Over the lifetime (of the Xbox One and the PS4), we are not tilting one way or another on these platforms."
Gibeau says EA wants to have a more positive consumer experience and be more consumer friendly. Earlier this week he said EA wants to stop being "hated".
Earlier today EA executives commented that they will "probably" not place any restrictions on used games on PS4 or Xbox One.
