Malicious Rebirth, a third-person action game heavily focused on defeating final boss enemies, will release for the Vita on PSN later in the year.
Forced to restore order to the Kingdom, you will control the "Spirit Vessel" fighting in large boss battles in any order you please. If you take on later bosses earlier, expect a greater challenge.
Controlling the "Spirit Vessel" you can throw projectiles, glide in the air and execute a number of combos to take down enemy bosses. Using the Aura, you can either heal any damage taken or execute even stronger attacks which will drain your Aura quickly.
Unique to the PS Vita release, Malicious Rebirth will feature additional levels, bosses and powers compared to the original PS3 release.
Malicious launched on the PS3 for $9.99. With no details yet to confirm the price of the Vita release, you can probably expect a similar price.
As for the size of the download (which many Vita owners need to know considering the grossly expensive Vita memory cards), Malicious on PS3 required 528MB of space. Even with the additional content for the release of Rebirth, Malicious Rebirth's file size shouldn't exceed the PS3 version.
Until more information releases, enjoy a few screenshots for the upcoming Vita title.
