Grand Theft Auto fans have been clamoring for more news regarding the series' fifth entry, as Rockstar has remained quiet on any new information. The popular developer has left fans to not-so-quietly speculate as to what the game will entail, be it the HUD or anything else.
The latest nuance of the game that fans have been wanting more details on comes in the form of the Los Santos city map. Rockstar has been revealing bits and pieces of the map for a while now, and the GTA community has finally put the veritable puzzle pieces together. Up until this point, the map has been predicted a number of times, some using quite elaborate tactics.
Take a gander at the completed map:
As you can see, there isn't much detail past the city's outline. There also isn't much of a way to reference the size of the map in comparison to past GTA games, though Rockstar has said that it will be plenty big. To put it simply: this isn't the map the GTA community deserves, but it's the one it needs right now.
Hopefully, this will be enough to tide gamers over until Rockstar decides to release some more information that is a bit more satisfying. Considering the game releases on September 17 of this year, we're expecting them to become a bit more vocal in the coming weeks. All of this said, we can rest easy knowing that the game will brandish the quality of Rockstar Games' development team, who rarely disappoint.
