Who’s up for some Xbox freebies? Microsoft has revealed a diverse collection of Games With Gold just in time for Easter/Passover, so if you’re subscribed to the Games With Gold program, you can start hitting download from April 1.
Take a mental plunge into the existential wilderness of Jonathan Blow’s The Witness, or parkour your way through Victorian London in Assassin’s Creed Syndicate. If sentient vehicles are more your kind of thing, Microsoft delivers with Cars 2: The Video Game. The full lineup follows.

For a limited time, you can still pick up Trials of the Blood Dragon and Quantum Conundrum from last month’s lot of Games With Gold. There’s some more good news if you’re on Xbox. Microsoft recently launched a spring sale with massive discounts for all your favourite games. The Assassin’s Creed franchise has been sword-slashed by up to 50%, while other giants like Call of Duty, The Sims 4 and ESO: Morrowind are also going cheap.
