Epic Games To Add Remote Charges To Fortnite

March 13, 2018 by Jordan Coetsee

Epic Games’ set to introduce remote denotated explosives to the shooter.

Epic Games’ has been on the ball when it comes to updates and new content for its third-person shooter, Fortnite. Most recently, the developer has revealed that remote explosives will be making it’s way to the title.

The remote explosives will certainly switch up the strategy of Battle Royale, pesky camping spots and shortcuts can become dangerous death traps for those who like to play the game like a true commando. While Epic Games hasn’t announced a release date for the remote charges, I’m certain we can expect them to drop during this week’s update.

In other news, Fortnite Battle Royale iOS sign ups are available from now onwards. Read more about it, here.

Epic Games’ Fortnite Battle Royale is undoubtedly one of the biggest multiplayer games of 2018, and it keeps getting bigger and bigger. A couple of days ago, the studio announced an iOS and Android versions of the title are coming to mobile devices soon. They confirmed cross-play between mobile devices and Xbox One players, and even cross-progression support.

Fornite is out now for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
