While Cyberpunk 2077 continues to be immersed in mystery, we tend to receive small tidbits here and there hinting towards what this game is going to be like. The most recent tease is that CyberPunk 2077 maybe be a release for for both current, and next-generation consoles.
Recently, CD Projekt Red’s Piotr Nielubowicz and Adam Kiciński spoke at the Pareto Securities Gaming Seminar, and here one slide allegedly revealed that the game is built on both “current and next-generation technology”. This, of course, implies that the game is cross-generational.
Rumors currently suggest that the next generation consoles are set to release in 2020, and considering how many games towards the end of the last generation also found thier way onto current gen, CyberPunk could be one of the many titles which launches as cross-generational.
As of right now, there is no release date for Cyberpunk 2077. But if you want to read up more on the title, the developers let out a little bit of information regarding the classes you can play as. Read more about it, here.
