Cinemassacre is mostly known as the home base of the Angry Video Game Nerd, but James Rolfe, the aforementioned "Nerd" who runs the place, has a friend named Mike Matei who not only lends a hand but produces videos of his own.
And his most recent one is a quiz of sorts: can you identify the following games featuring their big bosses totally biting the big one?
As Matei explains, the original idea for the video was the best final boss deaths, one that would have only encompassed ten, but because there's so many to choose from, he opted to just show fifty random examples and have everyone identify them:
Some are fairly easy, where as others are fairly obscures, and then you have the really obscure choices. It’s also worth noting that some of the games that Matei has beaten (every final blow is one that he has dealt himself) are also crazy hard, bordering on the impossible to play (and some of which has been the subject of various Angry Video Game Nerd videos as well).
But back to the quiz: if you need help, one can simply head on over to the YouTube comments, where most have been identified. Though I'd try following Matei's advice and hold out as long as possible and give it your best shot. Good luck!
