Despite the mass amount of bugs and errors from Warhorse Studio’s Kingdom Come: Deliverance, the game has managed to do considerably well sales wise. Since its release on February 13th for PS4, Xbox One and PC, Kingdom Come: Deliverance has sold a total of 1 million copies across platforms.
The news comes from Czech site Lupa.cz, which also spoke to Warhorse CEO Martin Frývaldský about the game’s success.
Frývaldský stated that, “We’re about one million when I count all the platforms and distribution channels. We are really happy.” Last week the game managed to hit a sales mark of 500,00 copies. This week the number has doubled. This is certainly good news for the Studio as since the title’s launch there have been loads of complaints from the community regarding it’s buggy gameplay and at times, unresponsiveness.
‘You’re Henry, the son of a blacksmith. Thrust into a raging civil war, you watch helplessly as invaders storm your village and slaughter your friends and family. Narrowly escaping the brutal attack, you grab your sword to fight back. Avenge the death of your parents and help repel the invading forces!’
Kingdom Come: Deliverance is out now for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
