Epic Game’s third-person shooter, Fortnite is set to receive a new update today. bringing with it several general bug fixes, audio issues fixes the and introduction of a new crossbow weapon.
As a result of this themed drop, the servers will be down for brief maintenance. Matchmaking for Battle Royale will be down from 4:25 AM ET/7:25 AM PT with downtime into effect for the whole game from 4:50 AM ET/7:50 AM PT onwards. As of right now, there is now news regarding exactly how long the downtime will last.
The next update for Fortnite is set to drop on Valentine’s day, February 14th bringing some warm and fuzzy to this digital death trap that is a Battle Royale. The update is teased to introduce a new questline “love story, told the Fortnite way.”
