Amazon Lists Deus Ex Human Revolution Director’s Cut for Wii U

March 19, 2013 by Stephen Daly

I never asked for this…

A listing has appeared on Amazon for a Director's Cut of Deus Ex: Human Revolution for Wii U.

According to the game's page on the site Wii U owners will be able to pick up the title from May 7th for $49.99. The Director's Cut of Human Revolution is described as the 'Ultimate Deus Ex: Human Revolution Experience' which allows users to 'take adavantage of a multitude of improvements, features and additional content that bring this already criticially-accliamed adventure to whole new levels.'

This version of the game promises to allow players to tap into the 'Wii U gamepad's true potential' using protagonist Adam Jensen's version exclusive augmentation, the Neural Hub.

The developer of the Wii U port has not been named though the title was originally developed by Eidos Montreal and published by Square Enix who have to officially confirm the Director's Cut. Deus Ex: Human Revolution was originally released on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC in March 2011 and is a prequel to the highly regarded Deus Ex and Deus Ex Invisible War.

Amazon previously listed FIFA 14 for PS4, the European exclusive Assassin's Creed Anthology, and the Killzone Anthology all before those titles were officially announced.
