Epic Games has unveiled a new trailer for the upcoming Gears of War: Judgment, which is currently in development at Bulletstorm studio People Can Fly.
The game features Baird and Cole as its two protagonists and is set prior to the events of the first Gears title. The trailer sees Cole and Baird tearing through the Locust as Emergence Day threatens to bring about the downfall of humanity on the planet of Sera.
Featuring the single “Shooting the Moon” from the band Mona, the trailer offers a glimpse of Judgment's single player and co-op campaign and "embodies the bold defiance, bravery and heroism of fan-favorite Damon Baird and Kilo Squad as they face an unjust trial and fight to rescue the planet Sera from the brink of annihilation," according to the press release.
Fans will be happy to know that the trailer was rendered entirely in-engine on Unreal Engine 3, showcasing the graphical capabilities of a title that's destined to be the last hoorah of the Xbox 360.
