You may have heard that the new iOS 4.3 will bring the feature to add a Hotspot tethering to the iPhone however this will only work with certain Carriers who will allow it. All we know right now is that AT&T is working with Apple when it comes to the Hotspot feature. As of right now, AT&T has expanded its data cap to 4GB per month starting February 13, but the capability will come to select smartphone customers. We will have to wait for the official release of iOS 4.3 to see if the same rules apply to the iPhone 4.
