While Conan Exiles has been out on since January this year, it’s only been available to those playing PC via Steam and more recently Xbox One via the consoles preview program. Now, Funcom has officially announced that the title will be available for all platforms as a final release May 8th, 2018. Along with Pc and Xbox One, it will also be available for PS4. To celebrate the announcement, a new trailer for the game has been released.
Conan Exiles will launch for $30 on PC and $50 for PS4 and Xbox One. Players can also expect a physical version of the game courtesy of Funcom’s partnership with Koch Media. The physical release will provide players with a physical map and the Atlantean Sword for in-game use. For those looking to spend a little extra, there will also be a collectors edition. This special edition will include six-inch Conan figure, a comic book, various OSTs, the physical map, an artbook, the rule book for the Conan pen-and-paper game and digital comic for “A Witch Shall Be Born”.
Conan Exiles is an open-world survival title filled with construction opportunities, giant creatures to hunt and hallmarks to discover. Check out the game’s official excerpt below:
‘You are an exile, outcast and downtrodden, sentenced to walk in a barbaric wasteland where the weak are crushed and only the strong can live. Here you must fight to survive, build, and dominate the world alone on your own server, or with enemies and allies in online multiplayer.’
