Namco Bandai and CyberConnect 2's Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 is due out in stores this week, and the game's release is precipitated by the reveal of an "All Star" trailer that showcases all of the game's many fighters.
The trailer for Naruto Storm 3 offers a deeper look at the game's story mode, which is set to take place concurrent to the events of the on-going anime in Japan.
The game is set to offer the most expansive character roster in the series alongside a story mode (seen below in the trailer) which takes place during the Fourth Great Ninja War, offering one-versus-many action stages, and cinematic boss battles. It also comes with a host of multipalyer modes and support for user-created tournaments.
"Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 brings the highly successful Naruto Shippuden anime series straight to the hands of console gamers," said Carlson Choi of Namco Bandai Games America. "The talented team at CyberConnect2 has once again merged break-neck action and fluid animation into a thrilling fighting action-adventure title that’s fun for everyone."
Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 is set for release on March 5 in North America and on March 8 in Europe, where it'll be out for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Japanese gamers will get to pick it up a month later on April 18.
