Yesterday came some of the most exciting news in a long time for fans of the Legend of Zelda series, that of the upcoming re-release of The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker in high definition on the Wii U. Expected this upcoming fall, Wind Waker HD will include added Gamepad functionality and Miiverse support, and of course, updated high definition graphics for what Nintendo refers to as Wind Waker's "timeless art direction".
