As noted not too long ago, The Behemoth's BattleBlock Theater is taking seemingly forever to finally get here. But a very important milestone has just been announced: registration is now open for the game's closed beta.
The beta period will take place sometime between February and March of this year, and there are only 10,000 spots available. But there's a certain degree of responsibility when it comes to singing up. Prerequisites include a few obvious items, like owning a working Xbox 360 that has a reliable internet connection and having an active LIVE Gold account.
But one must also have a registered The Behemoth Forums account, sign a NDA, and complete Beta Testing Task List. See, it's not all fun and games; you're going to have to work for the privilege of having early access to the game.
