August 3, 2017 by Jordan Coetsee

Early-bird registration open and limited.

XLIVE, the annual gathering of gaming, business tech and e-sports industry leaders has just opened its registration for the Las Vegas “live event” and festival industry conference, taking place this December 10-13. topics will range from ticketing strategy, event security, acquisitions, and even the cannabis industry when it comes to creating festivals and live events.

LEARN – about the most creative ways festivals and live events are delivering memorable experiences through technology, process and other strategies

EXPERIENCE – three days in Las Vegas with industry leaders and founders from the most successful festivals and events across North American

ENGAGE – a community of festival producers, technologists, operators, marketers, brands, and other stakeholders passionate about creating amazing festivals and live events

TRANSFORM – your perspective and understanding about the latest approaches to achieving your organization’s goals & objectives and mission

The event is an absolute must for both those looking to understand the industry as is, as well as to hear from industry leaders what works and what doesn’t when approaching event creation and marketing.

Sounds like something you would be interested in? Then make sure you head on over to the XLIVE website and register to secure your spot at this highly anticipated event. For more information head on over to the XLIVE Website or Facebook account.

Covering a wide breadth of topics, panels for December’s conference will hit the music, live sports, food and beverage, technology, Esports, and branding tracks in addition to offering attendees the opportunity to participate in two intensive workshops tackling Data & Analytics and Mergers & Acquisitions. Look forward to enlightening round-table discussions on Ticketing Strategy, Safety/Security at Festivals and Live Events, Cannabis Industry and its emerging role at Festivals and Live Events, Virtual Reality in Sports, Liquor Laws, Festivalization of Brand Events, and so much more. An extension of the widely successful Data and Analytics Summit which took place this past spring in Los Angeles, XLIVE is bringing back the D&A workshop, where top luminaries will break down their best practices for collecting and analyzing customer data to improve monetization opportunities in areas ranging from ticket sales to sponsorship activations.

Aiming to deliver an all-encompassing experience, XLIVE will introduce several new and exciting initiatives to the already-stacked conference. Attendees will enjoy a larger, more colorful exhibition floor complete with art installations, nightly networking events and a newly-expanded Young Entrepreneurs Program. Stay tuned for more exciting announcements surrounding XLIVE Las Vegas 2017!
