August 3, 2017 by Jordan Coetsee

Nothing for Xbox One players yet it seems.

With the Call of Duty: WWII Beta launching later this month, fans have a little bit extra to be excited for when participating.

The beta goes live on August 25th for PS4 players who pre-ordered the game and will last till August 28th. Activision will be providing those participating in the beta with helmet, calling card and emblem as part of the MP Private Beta Combat Pack. These items will only go live once the game launches on November 3rd though.

Xbox One players will be able to partake in the beta September 1st to the 4th, concurrent with the second part to the PS4 beta test schedule.

Call of Duty WWII is an Action based FPS game. Call of Duty franchise has returned to its roots with this installment. Players will land in Normandy on D-Day and battle across Europe through iconic locations in history’s most monumental war. Call of Duty WWII will create the definitive World War II next generation experience across three game modes, Campaign, Multiplayer and Co-Operative, featuring stunning visuals, boots on the ground Call of Duty gameplay, authentic weapons and traditional run-and-gun action in vast array of World War II themed locations. Co-Operative mode will unleash a new story in standalone game experience full of adrenaline-pumping unexpected moments.

Call of Duty WWII will launch for Xbox One, PS4 and PC in November.
