Ubisoft’s open-world shooter, Ghost Recon: Wildlands will be receiving an open-beta for its PvP mode this mode – Furthermore, Ubisoft has provided a release window for the mode, indicating a release in Autumn 2017.
Ghost War is a four-versus-four fight, one team against another, in classic Ghost Recon style. Two new mechanics will also be introduced into the PvP mode, The first is a new suppression system that affects your vision while you’re under heavy fire, and the second is a new system that gives a visual representation of where shots are coming from – two features that come directly from the previous Ghost Recon title, Ghost Recon: Future Soldier.
“Teams will choose from a roster of varied classes that fill specific roles on the battlefield, as they navigate large-scale, open maps and take down their enemies,” says Ubisoft. “Ghost War will also integrate new PvP mechanics, including suppressing fire and sound markers, to create a true military strategic, team-based multiplayer mode.”
