The free-to-play RPG, Path of Exile is releasing its biggest expansion to date on August 4th, 2017. Dubbed The Fall of Oriath, the expansion will be going live for PC users at 1 PM PDT and will be free for all.
The expansion is set to bring a host of new content to the open-world RPG, six new story acts, new skills and gem, various new gear, the Pantheon system, a revamp of the progression system (which you’ll be happy to hear no longer requires you to finish the game on different difficulties) and improved general performance.
While there is no console version for Path of Exile, the developers behind it have promised a Xbox One version in the near future. A closed beta launch for the console is apparently coming “very soon” so we’ll have to wait. In the meantime, check out the new trailer for The Fall of Oriath below. You’ll want to to make sure to stock up on Path of Exile Orbs, as well.
