PlayStation Plus members in North America will be able to get BioShock 2 for free as part of their Instant Game Collection after the PlayStation Store updates on Tuesday. As long as Sony doesn't remove any games at the same time, BioShock 2 will join the eighteen games that currently make up the collection, listed on the PlayStation website as:
PlayStation 3:
Resident Evil 5
Infamous 2
LittleBigPlanet 2
Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One
Dungeon Defenders
Quantum Conundrum
The King of Fighters XIII
Payday: The Heist
Double Dragon Neon
Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game
BloodRayne Betrayal
Outland
PlayStation Vita:
Uncharted: Golden Abyss
Gravity Rush
WipEout 2048
Jet Set Radio
Final Fantasy Tactics
Tales From Space: Mutant Blobs Attack
As well as a free copy of BioShock 2, PlayStation Plus members can also now get physics-based puzzle/platform game Puddle for 50% off ($3.50 for PS3, $2.80 for Vita), and the Rockstar Games Collection Edition 1 for 10% off, making it $53.99 rather than $59.99 to pick up digital copies of Red Dead Redemption, Grand Theft Auto: Episode from Liberty City, LA Noire, and Midnight Club: Los Angeles Complete Edition.
A subscription to PlayStation Plus costs $17.99 for three months or $49.99 for a year, the latter making it less than $5 a month. If you aren't already a member, will the chance to play any of these games for free convince you to sign up?
